Our mission is to identify, train, and place individuals from diverse and often overlooked backgrounds—including survivors of  stable, fulfilling careers in cosmetology, esthetics, barbering, and wellness.

Our Story: Born from a Vision of Change

The Beauty Employment Program was founded in 2025 by M Rahman Arif, a visionary direct selling expert. A constant demand for skilled, passionate beauty professionals, and a vast pool of talented individuals who lacked the resources or the second chance to access training.

What We Do: Our Holistic Approach

We believe success requires more than just technical skill. Our program is built on three core pillars:

1. Comprehensive, Industry-Standard Training:

• Hands-On Education: Students receive expert instruction in hair styling, cutting, coloring, skincare, barbering, makeup artistry, and business operations.

• Certification Preparation: We guide our students through the process of obtaining their state-board licensure, ensuring they are job-ready and certified.

• Master Classes: Industry professionals and brand ambassadors lead specialized workshops on the latest trends and techniques.

2. Personal & Professional Development:

• Life Skills Workshops: We offer courses in financial literacy, communication, client management, and resume building.

• Confidence Building: The program is designed to be a safe space for personal growth, helping students rebuild their self-worth and interpersonal skills.

• Mentorship: Each student is paired with a mentor from the beauty industry for ongoing guidance and support.

3. Career Placement & Ongoing Support:

• Job Placement Assistance: We have strong partnerships with leading salons, spas, barbershops, and beauty brands committed to hiring our graduates.

• Career Fairs & Networking: We connect our students directly with potential employers.
